Simone Pasmore is a software engineer by training, holding a Master of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University and certification in Stakeholder Management and Stakeholder Engagement, from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

Founder and CEO of Webstylze Ltd., a Software – Web, Mobile APP Development and Digital Marketing Company, Simone fills many roles, Software Developer, Webmaster, Digital Media and Marketing Strategist.  Her passion, for delivering high quality User Experiences, is directed by User Experience studies that determine “what makes the user click”, and, eventually lead to an online conversion.  Blending technical competence with creative thinking, solutions are provided to the most complex problems combining software application development and business process automation.

Ultimately, the combination of the creative process with diligent attention to detail, technical expertise and strong communication skills, has yielded dynamic outcomes that meet critical organizational objectives.

Simone is a member of the International Webmasters Association, and Google certified.  She studied Sign Language and did her thesis on Web Accessibility for the Hearing Impaired.  Simone had over 15 years’ experience working with an array of industries in both the public and private sector, these include AT&T wireless, The Caribbean Examinations Council, Massy Group, Goddard Enterprises, and Caribbean Perioperative Services Incorporated to name a few.

Simone is not all about work, she is full invested in her community as a member of the Rotary Club of Barbados, and an active member of her church.
